Got dumbbells and 10 Minutes? All You Need for an awesome upper body dumbbell workout

Today we are hitting a 10 min no repeat upper body dumbbell workout. This upper body workout is literally perfect for anytime of the day

One of the most common things I hear from people for why they can't work out is "I have no time"

Listen I get it, as a business owner with 2 children I know how sometimes you can feel that you can't find a moment in the day to hit a workout

But with this workout again like last weeks 10 min full body workout these are absolutely perfect for getting around that problem and giving you a great workout that can be done in just 10 minutes

I am, like everyone should be. A big believer in doing something is always better than doing nothing

So even if you can only fit 10 minutes in, then that's perfect. If you have more time and want a little more , rewind it back and hit it twice for a great 20 minute workout.

👉 You can do this workout 2, 3 or even 4 times a week. So make sure to save the video so you can come back to it

That is what these recent workouts  will do for you

These workouts are perfect for anytime of the day. Whether that's first thing in the morning before work, whether the kids are having breakfast , a quick lunch time workout or when you get a free moment in the evening

What we are doing here is 10 exercises for the upper body with no repeats.
Each exercise we will perform for 1 minute with a super quick 10 sec transition between to get ready for the next exercise

We will also be doing a single, single , double combination which I will explain in the video

Our exercises will be

01:38  chest press
02:42  bent over rows
03:52  shoulder press
05:02  bicep curls
06:12  skull crushers
07:22  chest fly
08:34  front raise & pull
09:41  side lateral raises
10:52  hammer curls
12:02  tricep kickbacks

Well that's our exercises , that's our format. So it's time to grab those dumbbells and let's smash it guys.
