Join me for this 1 Hour Full Body Workout with dumbbells which will be an awesome home workout that will challenge you with absolutely any weights you choose to use
For this full body dumbbell workout you ideally will need 3-4 sets of varying weight dumbbells
A heavier set, a moderate set and a lighter set. But just work with what you have got, as honestly any weight is going to make this workout burn and work up a sweat
The workout will be split in to 4 sections.
Section 1 - Upper body focused pushing exercises
Section 2 - Lower body focused pushing exercises
Section 3 - Upper body focused pulling exercises
Section 4 - Lower body focused pulling exercises
Each section will also have 2 batches of 3 different exercises
We start with a heavy exercise for 10 reps , then a moderate exercise for 15 reps , then a light exercise for 20 reps
We then go with the same light exercises for 10 , the moderate for 15 and then the heavy for 20. Basically a Pyramid set
This will push you to the limit , but it's your workouts. So you can make it as tough and challenging as you desire by either pushing yourself or being selective with your weights
Don't be afraid to take some breaks if you need to and don't be afraid to hit hat pause button if needed
