Ingredients:
Cashew meal/powder - 200g
Icing sugar - 150g
Egg white - 1
Almond essence - 1/2 tsp
Food color gel/liquid -  3
Silicone mold


Mix in icing sugar, cashew meal, egg white, and essence in the food processor. The finer, the better.
Almond meal is an alternative.

In a pan, simmer the blended mixture while stirring continuously for about 15 minutes till the mixture no longer sticks to the pan.

After meeting the required consistency as shown, remove it and transfer it into a plate till it reaches room temperature.

Knead the mixture for about 3-5 minutes and split it into three parts and add food color as required.

Press colored portions of marzipan into the mold to deliver the craved shapes.
