1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms
100g beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
200ml water
1/2 teaspoon granulated soup stock

1 pack deep-fried tofu
200g mixed minced meat
1 bag bean sprouts
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger

[Chopped cucumber with white soup stock]
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon or more white soup stock
2 pinches of sugar
(*Adjust the amount of white soup stock up to about 2 tablespoons depending on the size of the cucumber)
