1/2 onion
Kamaboko 1/2 piece
2 eggs
1 piece ginger
Water 150ml
Dashi granules 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Mirin 2 teaspoons

【Yam soup】
Long yam 200g
Dashi soup 600ml (water is also OK)
White dashi 30ml~
A little salt

[Spinach salad]
