Ingredients:

1 cup ragi(finger millet/nachni)
1/2  idli rice or dosa rice or raw rice
1/2 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)
1 tsp methi seeds(fenugreek seeds)
Poha thick/rice flakes - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1tsp or to taste
Water - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Oil for cooking
