- 1/4 cup Horse gram or Kulthi or kudu or muthira
- 2 tablespoon Sago or tapioca pearl (OPTIONAL)
- 1 teaspoon Methi or fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup or as required Water
- Ghee or oil for roasting
