1/2 cup semolina (sooji/rava) - Use unroasted or roasted rava
1 cup yogurt (curd)
3/4 cup - 1 cup water(as needed)
1tsp eno fruit salt (or 1/2 tsp baking soda)
Salt to taste
Oil or ghee for greasing the idli molds
