Ingredients :
3 Large Onions
50g of Butter or 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Eggs
280g Double Cream
250g of Cheese ( i used a mix of cheddar but you can use any cheese you have in the fridge)
375g of Ready Made Roll Out Pastry
