Cheese Flan - School Dinners Memories

Apparently Cheese Flan was a very common and popular dish served as part of School Dinners in the distant past.  It was very simple to make, with very few ingredients.  For mine I enhanced it with some onion and parsley, both of which worked well to make a great dish.
