Nothing compares to the feeling when you're finally home after awhile. I love the feeling of going back to the garden full of fruits back home.
I did my best to make a good dinner for mom to make up for the time being away from home.
For dinner, I made a sweet and sour soup with lots of vegetables. One main ingredient is "la tai tuong", which is a bitter vegetable. It works so well with the sweet and sour soup as well as hot pot; or you can also eat it with ramen.
