Gia Lai is the second largest province in Vietnam, the origin of the name derived from Jarai, the name of the Jarai people.
This place is especially famous for its specialties in the mountains. Chicken and pork are dishes that not to be missed at this place.
That afternoon, Khoai ate grilled chicken at Plit, the mountain chicken was simply marinated with lemon grass and chili but very tasty, the chicken just right, crispy, meat is still moist with salt fragrant cinnamon. Remember to add some grilled rice in bamboo culinder, and a plate of vegetables to eat with the salted crab.
That afternoon, Khoai also tried the crab noodle dish, dish called "stinky tofu" of Vietnam. Crab meat is fermented and flavored and then brought to boiling water to fresh vermicelli. Add a little bit of sour bamboo shoots, pigs, eat vegetables together. This dish is stinky, but it's quite unique. To be honest, this dish is not suitable for people with weak stomach.
Pho is my most favorite. This dish is very similar to the dried rice noodles that I often eat.

Grilled chicken Plei Têng, or Ksor Hnao Restaurant, Bazan , ... These shops have rice, specialties, grilled roasted chicken, which is delicious.
►Salted crab noodles:
174 Quyet Tien or 339 Le Duan, Pleiku Night Market also has it.
