In today's video we are hitting a 20 min full body Stability Ball Workout at home using HIIT. An exercise ball is a bit of home workout equipment nearly everyone has lying about the house that is never properly used

So for a little change I thought why not let's hit a fully body fat burning HIIT workout that uses the ball for each exercise.

All you will need is your ball, a little space at home or in the garden or in the gym and 20 minutes of your time

In the workout we will be doing 3 batches of 2 different exercise , each performed 3 times. 25 seconds working , with 15 secs rest in between to get ourselves ready for the next exercise
