Today we are hitting a fat destroying 15 Minute Summer Shredding Fat Loss hiit Workout. Even better this is a bodyweight only workout so there is no excuse for absolutely anyone giving it a try. With this Hiit workout we are looking to hit the maximum fat burning zone to burn as much fat and calories as possible in as little time as possible

HIIT training has proven to get fantastic results so let's smash it today with this one.

6 Exercises , 2 at a time. Each 2 for 4 sets. Exercise we will be hitting for 20 secs on , 10 secs off for the 4 sets of each.

I will explain as we go along in the video
