We're moving non-stop through 25 movements in 25 minutes. We blend ground-based / natural movements for mobility with higher intensity & skillful movements for intensity.  

Remember you don't need to move exactly like me or be glued to your screen the entire time.

Follow along with me, but the make modifications that work for you. Near the end of each interval there's an on-screen preview of the next movement coming up.
