This one has been highly requested...I'm excited to bring you another bodyweight + kettlebell workout.🔥

This is an INTERMEDIATE level session - you'll want to be comfortable with swing, cleans, and snatches.

You'll need a single kettlebell - somewhere between 12-24kg for most people. I used a 16kg.

I'll guide you through a warm up series, then THREE separate interval series, and a short cool down at the end.
