Making and Canning Dandelion Jelly!

Here at Rod Ridge Farm, we are using  dandelions to make jelly.  I have never made dandelion jelly before, so we are learning together. The most tedious part is removing the flower petals from the greens. The jelly was delicious!  It is a refreshing taste, kind of like a mix of honey and lemon. #homesteading #selfsufficient #foragedfood #canningandpreserving #dandelionjelly
