There are many ways, but this time I'll introduce a recipe that doesn't use water.

boiled pork

-   1kg whole samgyupsal, 2 green onions, 1 onion, 1 apple, 10 garlic, 4~5 bay leaves
   A little bit of ginger, 300ml of beer

How to make boiled pork

1. Slice apples, green onions, onions, garlic and ginger.
2. Cut the whole pork belly in half.
3. In a heated pan, just cook the outside of the pork belly.
4. Add onions and green onions to the pot.
5. Put the grilled pork belly on top
6. Add apple, garlic, ginger, and 300ml of beer.
7. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 45 to 50 minutes.
8. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then slice it.
