Galbitang | Healthy food galbitang that can be easily made at home

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
  500g beef ribs
  100g radish
  5 whole garlic cloves
  1 green onion
  2 pieces of kelp
  1/2 onion
  1.5 liters of water
  2T soy sauce

  fine salt
  1/2T minced garlic
  A little green onion
  pepper
  Vermicelli
  jujube
  shiitake mushrooms
  Enoki Mushroom

Soak the beef ribs in cold water to remove the blood.
Boil the ribs for about 5 minutes and then rinse with cold water to remove impurities.
Soak the vermicelli in water.
Pour 1.5 liters of water, add green onion, radish, whole garlic, and onion, cover and boil over medium heat.
Boil for about 15 minutes and then take out the kelp.
After boiling for about 40 more minutes, take out all the vegetables, add soy sauce, and boil for another 20 minutes.
Remove the seeds from the jujubes, then roll and slice.
Chop the green onions into small pieces.

1 serving of Galbitang:
Put 4-5 ribs, soaked glass noodles, jujubes, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, minced garlic, and salt in an earthen pot.
Once boiled, sprinkle pepper.
