Today’s menu is Tasty Japanese Cabbage Rolls on the Stove Top!
There are so many kinds of Cabbage Rolls in japan such as tomato based, cream styled and so on, and I am going to make it with clear, Japanese combination Dashi soup. That delicate, simple tastes goes well with sweet and tasty Spring cabbages!!
You can make it by using chicken soup as well.

Ingredients (Served for 3)
1 us cup =250cc
★be careful it’s NOT 200cc!!
1 tbs =15cc
1 tsp =5cc
Cabbage leaves 6 or more
Pork ground 300g
Sweet or Yellow onion ½(150g)
Panko 3 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
S & P
Coliander seed powder
Egg 1
Water or Japanese Dashi stock or chicken soup stock 1 litter or more
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sake or white wine 2 tbsp
Salt 2 pinches
Bacon 2 slices
Mini tomatos 8 (100g)
Spinach ¼ bunch or 60g
Parsley for garnish
