Here is Most Spicy Bengali Dim Kosha or Dry Egg Curry Recipe. It is also known as Dimer Dalna. It is a very delicious Egg Recipe. So just watch it and make it at home. Also let me know your experience, feedback and suggestion.

Preparation Time for Dim Kosha: 15 minutes

Cooking Time for Dim Curry Recipe: 30 minutes

Ingredients of Dim Kosha Recipe:
1. Potatoes (2 medium sizes).
2. Boiled egg (5 pcs)
3. Chopped Onion (3 medium size).
4. Sliced Tomato (1 medium size).
5. Ginger paste (3 tsp).
6. Garlic paste
7. Slitted green chilli (5 no).
8. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
9. Cumin powder (1tsp).
10. Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
11. Garam masala powder.
12. Cumin seed (¼ tsp).
13. Dried chilli (1 no’s).
14. Garam masala.
15. 1 Bay leaf.
16. Sugar (as per your taste).
17. Salt (as per your taste).
18. Mustard oil (7 tbsp)
19. Ghee (1 tsp)

Methods of How to cook Dimer Kosha:
1. Heat the pan and pour 5 tbsp oil. Fry the potato pcs very well. Keep aside.
2. Fry the boiled eggs very well. Keep aside.
3. Add 2 tbsp more oil in pan.
4. Add garam masala, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, and 1 dried red chilli. Fry for 15 sec.
5. Add chopped onion and fry (in medium flame) till become golden brown.
6. Add sliced tomato and slitted green chilli. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
7. Add 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste. Mixed it well. Cook 30 sec in medium flame.
8. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder r. Add 3 tbsp water. Cook for 2 min in medium flame.
9. Add fried potatoes and eggs. Mixed it well
10. Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar and ¼ tsp garam masala powder. Mixed it well. Cook for 2 min in medium flame.
11. Add 2 cups of water. When boiling close the lid and cook for 10 min in medium flame.
12. After 10 min taste the sugar and salt. Add more as per your taste. Now cook in high flame.
13. After 2 min add ¼ tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp of ghee. Mixed it well.
14.  Put off the gas oven and close the lid for 5 min.
15. After 5 min serve hot with steamed Rice, Roti, Paratha, Luchi (Luchi Making Video - এইভাবে লুচি বানালে সব লুচি ফুলকো ও খা...) etc.
