Boil the eggs:
1.  Egg : 7 nos
2.  Water : adequate amount
3.  Salt : 1/2 tsp
Boil and remove the skin. Now add :
4.  Salt : little bit on egg surface
5.  Turmeric powder : little bir
6.  Kashmiri red chilli powder : little bit
Now take a kadai and add:
7.  Mustard oil : 3 tbsp
Fry the eggs with medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Don't over fry. Now add in the same oil :
8.  Bay leave : 1 no
9.  Cumin seed : 1 tsp
10. Crushed Cinnamon : 1 piece
11. Crushed Cloves : 4 nos
12. Crushed Cardamom : 4 nos
With Low flame fry them for 30 to 40 secs, now add :
13. Chopped onion : 2 big size
Fry all for 2 to 3 minutes with low to medium flame. Now add:
14. Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
15. Ginger paste : 1 tsp
Fry all for another 2 minutes with low flame, now add :
16. Chopped tomato : 2 medium size
Mix tomato for 1 minute and add :
17. Salt : According to taste
18. kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 and 1/2 tsp
19. Cumin seed powder : 1 tsp
20. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Cover the kadai for 2 to 3 minutes and let them boil. Open the cover and add little amount warm water. Mix well and again cover and let them boil for 3 minutes with low flame. Add :
21. Green chilli : 5 to 6 nos
Add the boiled and fried eggs in it. Add little sugar and salt. Again cover and let the gravy to boil for 5 minutes with low flame. At last add :
22. Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
23. Chopped coriander leaves : 1 fist
