Ingredients
Basmathi rice              250 gms
Oil                               80 ml
Jeera                           10 gms
Whole spice                Green cardamom
(10 gms)                      Bay leaf
                                     Cloves
                                     Cinnamon  
                                     Maze  
Onion                            1 no
Ginger garlic paste     75 gms
Green chili                  1 no
Milk                             50 ml
Sugar                           2 pinches
Salt                              for taste
Ghee                           for sprinkle
Coriander and mint    for garnish

சமையல் எண்ணெய்      80 ml

ஜீரகம்                      4 tasp
பிரியாணி இலை   2 nos
பட்டை             2 nos
ஏலக்காய்                 4 nos
கிராம்பு                      5 nos
ஜாதி பத்ரி                 1 nos
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது              3தேக்கரண்டி
பச்சைமிளகாய்   1 nos
பால்                          50 ml
சர்க்கரை -                                     1 சிட்டிகை
உப்பு தேவையான அளவு
நெய்        1 tspn
புதினா               1  தேக்கரண்டி
