வெங்காய தயிர் பச்சடி தேவையான பொருட்கள்
தயிர்                                          300  கிராம்
வெங்காயம் -                             2 எண்
தக்காளி                                   1 tsp
பச்சைமிளகாய்                     1 nos
இஞ்சி                                             1/2 tspn
கொத்தமல்லி நன்றாக நறுக்கியது - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் பொடி          1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
ஜீரகம்  பொடி                                        1/4 tasp
உப்பு தேவையான அளவு

Curd                            300 gms
Onion                          50 gms
Tomato                       15 gms
Green chilli 1 small
Ginger chopped         ½ tsp
Chopped coriander    1 tsp
Kashmir chilli powder  a pinch
Jeera powder              a pinch
Salt                              as per taste
