Try out this wonderful Jeera Rice recipe. These cumin flavoured rice have an exotic flavour and can be served for feasts, festival offerings or also for regular offerings. This recipe shares some tips and tricks to get perfectly cooked Jeera Rice.
Serving - 4
Ingredients :
1&1/2 cup basmati rice
3 cups water
2 tbsp ghee
2 small cinnamon sticks
4 to 5 cloves
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp cumin seed
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
