Today we have a session of Morning yoga no talking with music - it is a silent morning stretch with effective easy daily yoga stretches, 1 min holdings. This quick full body morning yoga stretch class can be your simple Everyday yoga stretches routine. For this 15 min full body yoga no talking stretch you don't need any props, so just roll the mat and we are starting! It is also a very relaxing yoga no talking class with neutral background music.

SOME DETAILS of this effective daily yoga class (do it in the morning!):
🔸 Today we will open the whole body with FULL BODY class and you don't need any props for this session. Class might be done with brand-new beginners in yoga.
🔸  We do today 9 yoga poses with timer for 1 min each: Bridge, Reclined Pigeon, Caterpillar position /Seated forward fold, Cat-Cow positions, Wide-leg Child pose, Low lunge, Standing Forward Fold (Dangling), Straddle (Wide-leg position), Lying Spinal twist, and ending in Shavasana.
