🔸 If you are new to Yin yoga practice - it is a Static stretching (a form of Restorative yoga) where we don't push, don't pull, but implement surrender and letting Gravity work with our bodies.
🔸 Today we do yin yoga without props(only if you need it)
🔸 This yin class is great as yin yoga for tight shoulders, chest, upper back and neck!
🔸  We do today for 3-6 minutes each pose:  Banana Pose, Supported Fish pose, Supported Bridge pose, Melting heart pose /puppy pose, Sphinx on the blocks, Neck &Toes stretch, Dangling (Standing forward fold), Star Pose (Turtle), Lying Spinal Twist, and Shavasana.
