Observations:
During the visit, the following issues were identified:
The customer's single-pair lead-in cable is outdated and might be contributing to the service dropouts.
The state of the copper network in the area is generally poor, which may be exacerbating the customer's connectivity problems.
The inspection of the customer's lead-in pit revealed Telstra CANS without lids, exposing the infrastructure to weather elements.
Two cut-under bits of cable were found in the lead-in pit, potentially indicating poor maintenance and further network vulnerabilities.
