After her Apple ID was hacked, the customer, methodically changed all her passwords but to no avail. She began experiencing sporadic access to her Apple ID and unexpected changes in her network settings. Unwanted activations of services such as VoIP and remote management on her TP-Link router, paired with automatic Wi-Fi enabling, were just the tip of the iceberg.
Despite multiple router and device replacements, the issues persist, leading us to suspect the root cause might be the NBN modem itself. Could an NBN modem be hacked? In this video, we dive deep into the facts, the customer's meticulous investigation, and the technical evidence collected so far.
