1 kilo potatoes cubed boiled and mashed
300g Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese - optional
1 medium onion – small diced
Salt- pinch
Pepper – pinch
Fine chopped green onion tops
Rich Short crust Pastry – RICH NO FAIL Shortcrust Pastry – EASY...
1 egg – egg wash
Tin – 8” x 1 “
Oven temp 190 – 40 mins
