Ingredients Wheat flour/Atta-1 cupwater-1 1/4

Wheat flour/Atta-1 cup
water-1 1/4 cup
Salt
Method
In a wide bowl add water and salt ..mix well
Then add atta and mix
In a mixie jar pour this mix and whip for few seconds
Heat dosa tawa in medium heat
then spread one ladle of batter and spread
Cook both sides
