Ingredients: (Makes 10)
Wheat flour
Ingredients: (Makes 10)
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Grated coconut - ½ cup
Water – 1 cup
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Onion – 1 small (Or shallots - 4)
Curry leaves
Green chilly - 2 small
Curd – 2 tbsp
Salt
Steps:
Add wheat flour, grated coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, curd, shallots/onion and water into a mixie jar and pulse for a couple of seconds.
Transfer it to a bowl and add salt.
Optionally, cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a griddle or tawa.
(If you are using a nonstick pan, add some oil to the batter.)
Grease with some oil.
On high heat, pour a spoonful of batter in a circular motion on the tawa.
Cover and cook on medium heat.
Flip and cook both sides.
Enjoy the wheat dosa as such or with curry / chutney.
