Hello dear friends, Warm Welcome to Vichus Kitchen 🙏. Today we learn how to make yummy and refreshing ulli pachadi (ഉള്ളി പച്ചടി). In this video I have demonstrated the simplest method to make ulli pachadi with very few ingredients. This recipe is very tasty and easy to make at home in just 5 minutes. Ingredients
1. Large onion – 2 nos
2. Tomato (Large) – 1 nos
3. Green chillies – 3-4 nos
4. Shallots – 4 – 6 nos
5. Curry leaves – 2 – 3 sprigs
6. Curd (Thick) – 1 cup
7. Coconut oil – 1-2 tbsp
8. Mustard seeds – 1 tspn
9. Asafetida – ¼ tspn  
10. Salt – To taste

Method:-
1. Slice onions, tomato and green chillies thinly. Then transfer to a mixing bowl.
2. Add salt and curry leaves to it and give a gentle mix.
3. Pour 1 cup of thick curd into the mix and stir well. keep the mix aside.
4. Heat 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil and splutter 1 tspn mustard seeds. Add chopped shallots and curry leaves and fry till brown. Add ¼ tspn of Asafetida and give a mix.
5. Pour the seasoning on the top of ulli pachadi and mix well.
6. Serve yummy ulli pachadi with rice or biriyani.
