Ingredients
Chicken - 400 gms
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Green chilies - 2-3 nos
Crushed red chillies - 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam / Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Half lemon juice
Oil - 8 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Method:-
1.Take a mixing bowl and add chicken followed by salt, Crushed red chillies, Crushed ginger, crushed garlic, pepper powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, lemon juice and oil.
2.Mix all together and marinate for 30 mins.
3.Heat a pan and add 5-6 tbsp of oil. Then add curry leaves, 1tbsp of crushed ginger& garlic, green chillies and saute well.
4.Once saute all add 1 cup of chopped onion and little salt. saute till onion transparent.
5.Now add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp of garam masala, and saute till raw smell changes.
6.Add chopped tomato and saute till tomato soft.
7.Now add marinated chicken and mix well on medium flame.
8.After mixing all together cover the lid and cook chicken for 5 mins.
9. Open the lid and fry chicken for another 3 mins, once chicken dry turn off flame.
10.Take banana leaves and spread some curry leaves and add fried chicken. On the top of chicken add some more curry leaves and sliced tomato.
11.Cover the chicken with banana leaves and tie well.
12.Heat up and pour some oil and place the covered chicken in the middle of the pan.
13.Cover the lid and steam chicken for 5 mins on medium flame.
14.After 5 mins open lid and flip chicken and fry other side for 5 mins.
15.Remove the banana cover and serve hot.
