Fluffy Raisins Milk Bread Loaf made with All-purpose flour 鬆軟拉絲,不用揉膜,麵團自己就是這麼神奇,晾涼放入食品保鮮袋,室溫保存,隔天也不硬,孩子超喜歡吃。
lukewarm milk 215 ml 溫牛奶215毫升
instant yeast 4 g / 1 tsp 酵母4克
all-purpose flour or bread flour 350 g中筋麵粉或麵包粉350克
white sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp 白糖15克
salt 3 g / 1/2 tsp 鹽3克
whole egg 52 g+- 雞蛋1個 52克
unsalted butter 30 g / 2 tbsp無鹽黃油30克
olive oil 7 ml / 1/2 tbsp 橄欖油7毫升raisin 50 g 葡萄乾50克
Dried cranberries 35 g蔓越莓幹35克
pan size 14㎝×23㎝ 烤盤尺寸 14㎝×23㎝
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 28 minutes 預熱好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤28分鐘
