Warm milk 300 ml (1, 1/4 cup)
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp) or 50 g (3 tbsp)
2 eggs (110 g)
Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)
Bread or all-purpose flour 500 g (3.6 cup)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 35 g (3 tbsp)
Pan size: 29×42 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/ 356 ℉for 15 minutes until golden brown
