This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow to enliven your whole body. Part 6 of the Energise Series of classes. This particular practice is deliberately slow and more introspective with an emphasis on your breath and postures that are typically more stimulating and uplifting.
Class opens with a 5 minute breath meditation, approx 35 minute movement practice and concludes with pranayama and shavasana.
No props required unless you like to use props when you're flowing through lunges.
