8g . . . . Gelatin powder
45g . . . Water
180g . . Whipping cream
‣Blueberry Puree
85g . . . Blueberry
18g . . . Sugar
6g . . . . Lemon juice
‣Blueberry Jelly
2g . . . . Gelatin powder
10g . . . Water
Remaining blueberry puree
60g . . . Water
6g . . . . Sugar

‣Blueberry cheese layer : 300g Cream cheese filling + 35g Blueberry puree
‣Blueberry Jelly Layer : 85g Blueberry juice mixture
‣Plain cheese Layer 335g  Cream cheese filling

▷Place the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight

▷Blueberry cheesecake will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days

15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch)
Ingredients x 2 times, Bake time x 1.5 times
