38g . . . . Melted unsalted butter
‣Caerm Cheese Filling
200g . . . Cream cheese
50g . . . . Sugar
100g . . . Non-sugar yogurt
10g . . . . Gelatin powder
50g . . . . Water
130g . . . Melon puree
150g . . . Whipping cream
‣Melon balls as needed
70g . . . . Melon juice
6g . . . . . Gelatin powder
30g . . . . Water
▷Cheesecake layer : freezer for 1 hour until set.
▷Melon jelly layer : Take the cheesecake out of the refrigerator, line the Melon balls along the edges and the center. Pour of the melon juice gelatin, Place the cake back in the refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight
▷Melon cheesecake will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
