25 oz (700g) cream cheese , room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
lemon zest from 2 lemons
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3 large eggs , room temperature
2/3 cup (160g) sour cream
1 tbsp (10g) flour
