Today we are doing a tough 27 MIN Orange Theory Inspired Tread Workout. If you have never been to an Orange Theory class, we highly recommend it! The treadmill section is usually half the class with the other half being rowing/floor exercises. Let us know how you like it!

     PUSH PACE: 3 minutes - 5.5 - 7.5  mph
     BASE PACE: 2 minutes - 4.5 - 6.5 mph
     PUSH PACE: 3 minutes - 5.5 - 7.5  mph
     ALL OUT: 1 minute - 6.5 - 9.0  mph
Part 2 - Repeat 2 times
     BASE PACE: 1 minutes - 4.5 - 6.5 mph
