Workout Structure:
Warmup: 3 minutes
Interval Pyramid - Repeat 11 times
     HARD EFFORT: 30 seconds - 6.0 - 9.0 mph
     RECOVER: 60 seconds - 3.0 - 4.0 mph
     Increase HARD EFFORT by 30 seconds until 3 minutes, then work back down!
Cooldown at the end!
