Beef Karahi Restaurant Style Easy Method | Asan Tarike Se Pakaen Beef Karahi | Beef Kadai Recipe | Kadai Gosht Banane ka Tarika

My style of succulent, fragrant and delicious Beef Karahi Gosht, flavored with a gentle blend of spices and stir fried with tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies and cilantro.  To save time, I have used a pressure cooker to cook the beef instead of the traditional slow cooking method in the Karahi (Kadai).  Serve this yummy dish hot with tandoori roti, naan or chapathi.

So here’s the recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients :

600 gms Beef (washed & cut into medium size pieces)
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
½ tsp Shahi Jeera
3 medium size (320 gms) Onions (finely chopped)
½ inch (20 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
10 flakes (25 gms) Garlic (finely chopped)
2 large (230 gms) Tomatoes (finely chopped)
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
3 to 4 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
2 sprigs Coriander Leaves (chopped)
200 ml Water
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder/Meat Masala
½ tsp Kasuri Methi (roasted & crushed)
2 to 3 Green Chillies (slitted)
Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Note :   tsp is teaspoon
             tbsp is tablespoon
