4 cloves of garlic
2 carrots

1 table spoon of ground sweet paprika
2 bay leaves
ground pepper
2 table spoons of tomato paste
250 ml of pasta water
200 ml of hot water

2 table spoons of flour
1,5 table spoons of butter
200 ml of hot water
10g scallion
10g parsley
