How to bake Baguettes like in France? I will show you that right here. We use a preferment (poolish, biga) which we will leave to ferment for 12 hours.
The result is the typical taste of a french baguette.

Recipe for 3 Baguettes:

Poolish or Preferment:
150 g  bread flour
150 g water (use digital scales for the water as it is more excact)
1 g fresh yeast

Main dough:

350 g bread flour
200 g water
10 g salt
4 g fresh yeast
