For the recipe we need:

*Flour 500-600 grams;
*Butter/margarine 100 grams;
*Eggs 2 pieces;
*Kefir 250 milliliters;
*Soda 1 teaspoon;
Vanilla sugar (to taste)

* It is better to take boiled ones with sourness, or if the boiled ones are sweet, then you need to add less sugar.***

1) First, put the butter in the flour and grind everything well.
2) Make a small depression and pour out the kefir. Then add soda and lightly mix the soda with kefir so that the soda is extinguished.
3) Now in a separate bowl, grind the eggs with regular and vanilla sugar.
4) The soda has been extinguished and now pour the egg and sugar mixture into the total mass, and mix everything well.
5) If necessary, add a little more flour and transfer to the table for easier kneading. The dough should be elastic and not sticky to your hands.
6) Divide the dough into two parts. She's a little smaller. Place the smaller portion in the freezer.
7) Place most of it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and stretch it into shape, making sides.
8) Now put jam or jam on the dough (I already have it ready), and distribute it according to the mold.
9) Now, grate the already frozen piece of dough on a coarse grater, distribute it over the entire surface and bake in a preheated oven at 180'C until golden brown.
