Shoulders are our most mobile joint, but that extra mobility also makes them more susceptible to injury than most of our joints.  The best way to prevent injuries to your shoulders is through strength training.  Not only that, but building up strength with your shoulders will also have them looking great too!

In this video, Bowflex Fitness Advisor, Tom Holland, walks us through four exercises to build shoulder strength in every area of our shoulders.  The four exercises for strong shoulders that are shown in this video are:

1) Overhead Shoulder Press
2) Front Raise
3) Side Raise
4) Bent Over Raise

Do these exercises with a weight that is challenging, but not too heavy.  The last few reps should be hard to complete.
