Green moong curry is a very easy and simple recipe. It tastes just awesome and can be a good alternative to your regular curry or amti. it is a good recipe for bachelors to have with ladi lav or slice bread.  Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Sprouted Moong beans
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Water
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 7~8 Curry leaves
• A pinch of Hing
• Finely chopped onion
• Finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp grated Garlic
• 1 tsp Goda masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt

Method:
• Transfer the sprouted moong into a cooker.
• Add turmeric powder, salt, water and mix well close the lid and
 cook on medium heat until 1 whistle.
• You can add the moong beans in tadka and cook.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing, onion and fry until onion
 gets light golden color.
• Add tomato, garlic and mix well.
• Fry everything for just about 2 minutes.
• Add goda masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• Fry everything well for about 2 minutes until it releases oil.
• You can use any other masala like garam  masala, kanda lasun
 masala or the masala that you have handy with you in place of
 goda masala.
• When masala is fried well add cooked green moong along with
 the stock, salt and mix well.
• Add salt carefully as we have added salt on moong while cooking.
• You can add water if needed.
• Simmer on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes.
• Green moong curry is all ready.
• You can have this curry with rice, bhakari or chapati too. It goes
 well with bread too.
