♥Ingredients (servings: 1)
- thin noodles 120g, cabbage kimchi 100g, toasted laver 1 piece
- sauce : gochujang(red pepper paste) 1/2 tbsp, sugar 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 1/2 tbsp, sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, a little sesame seed
♥Directions
① Cut roasted laver long and thin with scissors
② Chop cabbage kimchi into small pieces
③ Cook the thin noodles in boiling water
④ When water boils hard, add water 100ml, and boil for 2 minutes
⑤ Rinse in cold water and drain in a strainer
⑥ Mix the sauce ingredients with chopped kimchi, gochujang(red pepper paste) 1/2 tbsp, sugar 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 1/2 tbsp, sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, a little sesame seed in a bowl
⑦ Mix the noodles with the sauce
⑧ Put the noodles in a bowl and put chopped kimchi, cut laver, sealme seed on top of the noodles
