Best way to Do Band Assisted Pull-ups and keep your band and yourself performing well #shorts
If you are like me, you want to do pullups but you can't do more than 1 or 2 using your full body weight.
Doing Band assisted pull-ups will allow you to do more reps and in turn build your pull up strength.
However the key to band assisted pull-ups is making sure you set up the band correctly by not stepping into the band.
This #short video will show you how to set up the band on you shin vs stepping into the band and 3 reasons why you should do it that way.
